Lower abdomen pain...? - aching pain to the left of lower abdomen

Hello everyone,

I asked a question like this, but now have updated information.

Since few days I had a constant dull pain in the abdomen. I thought I was pregnant, but I have a HPT and it was a BFN. Breasts are still painful as hell!

AF came on 11 / 1, (or so I thought. It was mainly spotting) and a cycle of 28-29 days. Do you think I just held my ovulation? I made an appointment with the doctor, but not before 12 / 6.

It's almost my whole stomach, a little louder on the left side.

I also had a pelvic ultrasound about 2 months and returned well.

Any help would be great.
