Signs Of Depression Are A Lack Of Energy And Loss Of Appetite Major Signs Of Depression?

Are a lack of energy and loss of appetite major signs of depression? - signs of depression

I have two of these symptoms, and a constant feeling very, very low. I mean, smile and have fun all the time, but I've always felt this strange fault.
I always feel bad if I have fun, because I do not think I deserve to have a good time.
I am known for being strong, funny and relaxed, but I feel that I have this pit in my stomach that only until the debt and the negative thoughts have to take. I'm not happy with me, and to be honest, I like people who remind me of me.
They are rarely eat, and I am never hungry. I thought it might be the reason why I'm always tired, but I'm not sure. Enegetic'm in school, but when I go home I go kind of accident, and any act grumpy.
It sounds like a depression? I do not want to unecessarily me diagnosed with something, but do not think I can see normally.
What other symptoms of depression?
Thank you for your help.

Symptoms of depression are different for everyone. The symptoms are depression, yes, but also reserved than others. Consult a doctor. Will a blood test to see track and metabolic processes. Just ignore these feelings that you have. Help is just around the corner.

I suffer from depression and anxiety. Some of my visible symptoms are pretty much what you describe. This is partly a total loss of appetite. My feeling of guilt, eventually led to me asking for help. Psychiatrists are trained to observe other potential problems. If the psychiatrist does not "therapy" that is, if he or she begins to speak with you at least half the time to learn something from you, find another psychiatrist.

By the way, you probably see a psychiatrist. It does not hurt, and probably will help.

Yes, these are signs of depression.
May only be viewed or even loss of libido, loss of interest, loss of the things that I love too. You may also experience irritability and frustration with people who previously had a good relationship.
If you have any of these symptoms for more than two weeks without relief should in any case, your doctor may seek to provide assistance.
Good luck

There are several things that could explain the symptoms, depression is certainly one of them. If I were you, and affect your symptoms with your enjoyment of life, I would start with a visit to the doctor. Get blood tests to ensure that they are not anemic, and there are no irregularities that show something other than depression. If everything else is ruled out, it's time to see a psychiatrist, to describe your symptoms and see what better to improve their quality of life.
