2005 Acura Tl Play Dvd-rw Will A CD Changer From A 2007 Acura TL Fit Into A 2005 TL?

Will a CD changer from a 2007 Acura TL fit into a 2005 TL? - 2005 acura tl play dvd-rw

I have a 2005 Acura TL, but I would be able to MP3 ('05-changer that can not do it to play) without the purchase of a single market for CD. Both envelopes must be exactly the same thing, but I'm not sure if they have the same hook-ups in the back. Any information would be helpful, thanks!
